Avon Worldwide develops products for global markets. The original designs are created in English and then translated around the globe. The design concepts for each product are package and country-specific. One design concept can be expanded into several different package shapes and sizes, not to mention legal information. The Cross Category Collections allowed for experimental designs since they were a unique group of products rather than having to live within their category.
